Please complete the below form to either apply for a Commuter Card as an island worker or to apply for a Commuter Account for a company.

 

Island Workers Application

This form is applicable to individuals working for an island business and entitles you to commuter fares for travel to the island for work related reasons.

Once this form is submitted please send a passport size photo of yourself to reservations@rottnestfastferries.com.au

Company Account Application

This form is applicable to businesses conducting business on the island and need to apply for discounted commuter fares for their workers.
